Healthy BINGO

It can be fun to do the little things that make life healthier. There will be a total of 2 Healthy BINGO cards in 2014 - the next one starts April 14th! You have 4 weeks to complete & return your BINGO game card.
The game is open to all members on the State's health plan.

Prizes

The best prize is feeling healthier! The following prizes are a bonus:

• Reimbursement of healthy activity up to $60 (ex: gym membership, Weight Watchers dues, fitness equipment purchases, massage services, etc.)
• Gift Certificates

Winners will be selected from a random drawing from all completed game cards returned by the deadline. Prize winners will be announced within two weeks of the deadline.
