What is the most common reason for missing out on the Live Life Well Incentive? 

NOT Self-Reporting Completion of Activities! 

In addition to completing your State-sponsored health screening, you must complete AND SELF-REPORT nicotine and next step activities to earn ANY Live Life Well Incentive for 2020 by October 31, 2019.

Dear State Plan Member,

If you want to earn a Live Life Well Incentive for 2020, you must complete ALL THREE activities to earn ANY incentive.

1. Complete your State-sponsored health screening (remember, this will automatically show up on MyActiveHealth about a month after you complete your State-sponsored screening); AND
2. Self-Report completion of an eligible Next Step activity; AND
3. Self-Report Nicotine-Free status or an eligible alternative.

Holiday Challenge Registration Open NOW! Starts November 5

The Great Escapes Holiday Challenge is now open for registration!

The Great Escapes Holiday Challenge will begin on November 5 and runs through December 30.  Register NOW at http://benefits.mt.gov/HolidayChallenge. Be sure to read the registration instructions!

Great Escapes is an 8-week physical activity challenge.  Participants will track their steps to have some fun and a chance at prizes!  This is a great way to continue your active lifestyle and/or find fun new ways to keep yourself motivated to stay active during the holiday season!

• NO COST – open to ALL State of Montana Benefit Plan (State Plan) members.
• Completing the Holiday Challenge is an eligible Next Step activity for the 2019 Live Life Well Incentive Program. Activities completed and self-reported between November 1, 2018 - October 31, 2019 for the 2019 Incentive Program help earn an incentive that will begin on January 1, 2020. 
• Lots of great prizes.
• Weekly challenges and recipes.
• Improved health.
• Fun new features including a virtual “walking” path (all kinds of activities count!) and more ways to get connected!
